Please understand that each of our Amazing Staff are independent contractors therefore, they create each deal and BOOK your appointment from the phone number on your Groupon. All questions regarding the service, booking appointments, changing appointments etc, need to be done through each Staff Member DIRECTLY using their direct phone number on your Groupon. The Nail Cafe can give you directions to the salon only. We do not have access to our Staffs daily calendars. Each service has a certain amount of time and these times are unique to your Staff Member. Only they can answer any questions regarding the service you are purchasing.
